PNG Partnership Fund
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The PNG Partnership Fund is an initiative of the Australian Government to address human and economic development challenges in Papua New Guinea. It will work with high-performing organisations and consortia to expand the reach and coverage of evidence-based development initiatives.
The Fund is now inviting proposals from organisations operating in PNG for service delivery projects aligned with national development priorities. Funded organisations or consortia will be required to deliver results on a significant scale.
In this call for proposals, the fund invites service providers and consortia to apply for grant funding to support education and health projects.
The following categories of organisation are eligible to apply. Applications from consortia are strongly encouraged, to support a collaborative approach.
- Local and international non-government organisations including foundations
- Faith-based organisations
- Private sector partners located in PNG
- Provincial, District, and Local-Level Government institutions
- Civil society groups
The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be downloaded from this website. Separate RFPs are provided for applications for education and health projects. With the RFP documents are the standard Abt Associates grant agreement and the Abt Associates Child Protection Policy which all applicants should review prior to submitting their application.

Parties interested in submitting an application should register their intent by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible.
The deadline for submissions in this Call for Proposals is 28 April 2017. Submissions must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by 1700hrs PNG Time. Responses must be written in English and must use the Concept Note Application Form contained in the RFP.
